There is a huge variety to discover from 26 snowdrop gardens open in February, such as Dunskey and Blairquan in the west to Mellerstain and Floors Castle in the East. Threave Garden proclaims one of the largest daffodil collections in the UK, whilst Bargany and Castle Kennedy are outstandingly beautiful in May with their rhododendron collections.

Glenwhan has emerged after 29 years, as a beautiful garden overlooking the Mull of Galloway, full of special plants grown out of a barren south facing hillside and must be seen to be believed! Walled gardens and perennial collections such as Culzean and Monteviot and amazing Autumn colour such as can be seen at Dawyck Botanic Gardens and Stobo Japanese Water Garden.
