Existing SSMI Members:

Business Data Entry 

Log into Claymore with your Username and Password.

Check your business details are correct under Administration, Business Details.

The Website Pages you can alter are:
Accommodation Provider:- Home Page; Accommodation; Rates; Packages/Breaks/Offers.
Restaurant:- Introduction; Eating; Cuisine; Menu; Offers
Activity/Attraction:- Introduction; Featured Offer; Prices; Opening Times

Make sure you enter Meta Data at the bottom of each entry - this is used by search engines like Google.

Users should set up a Photo Gallery for their Southern Scotland web entry by creating a Picasa Web Album (Google Photos) and pasting a link to it in the Claymore My Channels section:

1. Go to google.co.uk, sign in to your Google Account and go to Photos. (If you don't have an account, you can quickly set one up using your own email address).
2. Use the Upload button, choose create a new album and select the desired photographs from your computer. (Alternatively, if you have Picasa on your computer, you can create a web album using that). The new album will appear in the My Photos section.
3. Click on the new album to view it, and look for the RSS link on the right hand side of the screen. Right click it and select 'copy shortcut' [Internet Explorer] or 'copy link location' [Firefox].
4. Now log in to your Claymore account and go to Channel Memberships, My Channels in the left hand menu. Paste the link into the appropriate Picasa Album URL field, and Update.
